
Plant Based Mozzarella
Angel Food, based in New Zealand, started as an importer of vegan products before launching their own dairy-free mozzarella alternative in 2014.
The Mozzarella Alternative is made with coconut oil and has a mild flavour.
It can be eaten in a salad or melted onto pizza.
In addition to the Mozzarella, the product range includes cheddar, smoked cheddar, grated cheese, cream cheese and parmesan.
Available to buy in selected stores in New Zealand and Australia.
