Founded by plant-based chef Kali Mackell in Montreal in 2017, Knosh produces handmade tempeh.

Products include a variety of tempeh types including Soy Bean & Sunflower Seed, Mung Bean & Hemp Seed, Chickpea & Quinoa and smoked tempeh.

The Soy Bean & Sunflower Seed Tempeh is made with Quebec grown organic soybeans. The sunflower seeds add extra texture and nutrition such as Vitamin E, magnesium, selenium and essential fatty acids.
