Snö was founded in Founded in Trois-Rivières and launched in 2018 producing dairy free pints, bars and sandwiches.

All products are made with certified gluten free oats and certified Rainforest Alliance cocoa/chocolate as well as in conjunction with other local Canadian companies.

The dairy free sandwiches are currently available in 5 different flavours: Chocolate Candy Cane, Pumpkin Spice, Mini Eggs, Chocolate Chips and Cookies & Cream.

The Cookies & Cream is a vanilla frozen dessert sandwiched between two dark chocolate cookies that have been made with real chocolate. It is also free from allergens such as nuts, soy, gluten and dairy.

Available to buy from Metro, Whole Foods Market and other selected stores.
