The artisan cheeze is made with organic almonds and organic cashews. It is handmade using a traditional process of fermentation.
Kimcheese is a semi-soft cashew cheese made with 4 ingredients, one of which is fermented brine from Bottlebrush Ferments Kimchi.
The cheeze is also coated with Korean chilli flakes.
