Lemon Blackberry Vegan Doughnuts
A recipe for vegan doughnuts with Julie Nolke for Tastemade
Julie uses plain flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, lemon zest, plant milk, unsweetened apple sauce, coconut oil and fresh blackberries to make these doughnuts.
She then transfers the mixture to doughnut trays and bakes them in the oven.
Finally the doughnuts are glazed with a blackberry coolie/icing sugar glaze.
