This recipe uses their Organic Five Grain Tempeh which is made with organic soybeans, organic brown rice, organic sesame seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic millet and cultures.
To make the Sweet & Sour Tempeh Jerky the sliced tempeh is marinated in a mix of soy sauce/tamari, lime juice, brown sugar and onion powder.
It is then baked in an oven for one hour and allowed to cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
