This Bagel recipe uses their Organic Vegan Block as an alternative to butter.
To make the bagels you will need wheat flour, cold water, Naturli' Organic Vegan Block, yeast sugar and salt.
The ingredients are mixed together to make a dough which is then left to rise for about an hour and a half.
Once rested, the dough is divided into 10 equal pieces which are shaped as balls and then left to rise for another 10-15 minutes.
Each ball is then shaped into a bagel and the bagels are left to rise again for 30 minutes.
Next the bagels are boiled for about a minute on each side. At this point toppings can be added to the boiled bagel.
Finally they are baked for 15-20 minutes.
