This recipe is a vegan version of a traditional Indonesian curry made with a Tiba Tempeh Block.
The paste is made with onions, garlic, ginger, red chillies, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, salt and coconut oil.
Other ingredients include coconut milk, a Tiba Tempeh Block, desiccated coconut, lemongrass paste and rice, toasted almonds and fresh coriander to serve.
