The brioche dough is made by mixing together dry ingredients (flour, sugar and yeast) with the wet ingredients (plant milk, water, sunflower oil, vanilla extract and orange zest.
Once combined, the dough needs to prove for about 2 hours.
After this, the dough is spread out on a worktop and vegan chocolate chips are sprinkled on top and incorporated into the dough.
The dough is then rolled into a rectangle and cut into strips which are then braided to make the brioche.
The brioches will need further proving before being baked.
