This recipe for Vegan 'Smoked Salmon' Bagels is made with Moorish Avocado Humous and carrot 'smoked salmon'.
The carrots are cut into wide strips and boiled in water with teabags, salt, maple syrup, nori and kombu. They are then left to cool and steep in this mix before removing them from the mixture.
Next a bagel is toasted, the humous is spread onto it and then topped with avocado slices and the carrot 'smoked salmon'.
